Wow!! What an amazing experience!! Super seamless pick up and clean amazing car just like they promised. I’d plan for the shuttle to take about 30-40 mins on a busy day at LAX before actually arriving to your car (not a bad thing, as it’s complimentary but more for planning purposes!)… it was so easy with the detailed instructions they send for pick up and drop off. They are also very fast in responding to emails should you need anything or have questions. Will definitely rent again!

I had an extremely satisfactory experience with the service and the car.I booked the car three months before my trip to the US. Since it was my first time using Turo, I was quite nervous and worried about many uncertainties; however, the host responded quickly and reassuringly, which put us at ease.Finally, on the day of rental, the pick-up location was very close to our hotel. The car was very clean and odorless; the host had maintained the vehicle very well. We used it for 10 days, driving 1800 miles, almost entirely on full slack – a fantastic experience!! We didn't even plan an itinerary; we simply had the car take us around Los Angeles for four hours. During the 10 days, we encountered issues with charging at the hotel and not being able to use the superchargers; the host responded quickly and efficiently to all our inquiries.Finally, when returning the car, I was a little apprehensive, worried about being overcharged, but everything went smoothly, and my worries were completely unnecessary.Finally, we completely forgot to check the front storage compartment, where some of my important belongings were. When we remembered, we were already at the airport preparing to fly to San Francisco. I immediately contacted the host to see if they could help me send the items to my next hotel. The host was very helpful and quickly delivered the items. If I could give it an even higher score, I definitely would; the service and car were superb, a perfect score!I had an absolutely incredible experience with both the car and the host. The car itself was spotless and had absolutely no odor—the host clearly maintains the vehicle in top-notch condition. We drove about 1,800 miles over 10 days, and using FSD for almost the entire trip was an amazing experience. We even spent one day just letting the car drive us around Los Angeles for four hours—it was such a stress-free way to explore! During the trip, we ran into a minor issue where we couldn't charge at our hotel and struggled with the Supercharger. We contacted the host, and they provided quick and effective support every single time. I was a bit anxious about the return process, fearing potential hidden charges or disputes, but everything went perfectly smoothly—my worries were completely unnecessary. To top it off, we accidentally left some important personal items in the frunk (front trunk) and only realized it once we were at the airport getting ready to fly to San Francisco. We contacted the host in a panic, asking if they could help us ship the items to our next hotel. True to form, the host was incredibly helpful and promptly sent our belongings to us. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would! Excellent service and a fantastic car. Highly recommended!

The 2026 Model Y with FSD made our long road trip much more enjoyable and convenient. The host was also very helpful before pickup and provided great assistance. Overall, it was an excellent rental experience.
